These terms apply when you visit alamedaindustries.com or place an order with Alameda Industries (“we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Our products

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colors on your screen may differ slightly from the real product. Some products are marked out of stock and cannot be ordered until they return.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our site. We may correct pricing errors and cancel an affected order, in which case we refund you in full.

Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or we suspect fraud, and refund any payment taken.

Shipping and delivery

We ship to addresses in the United States only. Shipping details are in our Shipping Policy.

Returns and refunds

You can return items within 30 days of delivery. Details are in our Refund and Returns Policy.

Using our products safely

Our magnetic products attach to steel surfaces. Use them as described on the product page and keep them away from anything that could be damaged by strong magnets. You use our products at your own risk and are responsible for checking that a surface and the items you hang are suitable.

Your account

If you create an account, keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.

Website content

The text, images, logos and designs on this site belong to Alameda Industries or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Alameda Industries is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our site or products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
