We want you to be happy with your order. This page explains how returns and refunds work at Alameda Industries.

Return window

You can return an item within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Condition of returned items

Items should be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.

How to start a return

1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the item you want to return.
2. We reply with return instructions.
3. Send the item back as instructed.

Return shipping

We pay for return shipping. You do not pay anything to send an item back to us.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, the same terms apply: contact us within 30 days of delivery, we pay for the return shipping, and we send a replacement or refund your order.

Refunds

After we receive and check your return, we refund the purchase price to your original payment method. Your bank or card company may take additional days to show the refund.

If you would like a different item instead of a refund, email us and we will help.
