Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. Orders from outside the United States cannot be placed.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order.

Processing time

We process and ship orders within 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Delivery time depends on the carrier and your location. Once your order ships, we email you a confirmation so you know it is on its way.

Out of stock items

Items marked out of stock cannot be ordered. If an item you ordered becomes unavailable after you check out, we will contact you to offer a refund or a replacement.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us at [email protected]. We pay for the return shipping and will send a replacement or issue a refund, as described in our Refund and Returns Policy.
